Shipping Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Order Processing Time
The time required to prepare an order for shipment varies.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Fulfillment Note: Orders containing items fulfilled by a third party (e.g., dropshippers) may have a separate processing time; please refer to the specific product page for any notes on extended handling times.
3. Shipping Time and Delivery
Shipping delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Theo Lawrence Industries LLC. Once the package is with the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Customers: Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Risk of Loss
Once an order has been successfully picked up by the shipping carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Stolen/Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided on the order.
Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
